Description

  • Create and maintain Shopify products from setup through SKU assignment, pricing, images, categories, tags, metafields, and metadata.
  • Review product and site readiness for launches and update homepage content and launch materials as needed.
  • Manage product architecture updates, including correcting costs, tags, product types, and metafields.
  • Adjust markdowns monthly by updating prices, tags, and collections.
  • Create purchase orders in Shopify when orders need to be placed.
  • Handle daily DTC customer service review and support through Gorgias and email, following process documents and macros.
  • Create returns, discount codes, and other customer service support items as needed.
  • Load email content into Klaviyo for DTC marketing campaigns.
  • Create Shopify collections for wholesale and dropship workflows and support Brandboom/Faire sync processes.
  • Import orders from Brandboom to Shopify, send invoices, monitor payments, release orders to ship, and track shipping progress.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, or related industries.
  • Experience with content, product, and inventory management.
  • Experience with SEO and knowledge of non-technical SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and eBay platforms.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience using Google Analytics for project management and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of CSS media queries.
  • Experience with tools such as Gorgias, Klaviyo, Brandboom/Faire, Canva, and AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT is preferred.
  • Must have a USB noise-cancelling headset, working webcam, and a main and backup computer meeting minimum technical specifications.
  • Must have a wired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps for the main connection and 10 Mbps for backup.
