Description

  • Perform keyword research and optimize website metadata, headers, and image alt-text to improve search visibility.
  • Manage the AIP Connect LinkedIn page and create content that converts organic visitors into business leads.
  • Track website traffic and digital performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate social content so LinkedIn posts are keyword-rich and drive traffic back to the company website.
  • Build long-lists of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and the internal ATS.
  • Format job descriptions to improve visibility and candidate engagement.
  • Schedule interviews, collect reference checks, and maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in the database.
  • Polish and format candidate presentation decks for submission to clients.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a role combining marketing tasks with administrative or recruitment support.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including on-page and technical basics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and WordPress or a similar content management system.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
  • Strong written communication skills for both technical SEO content and empathetic candidate communications.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques (preferred).
