Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, display, and retargeting channels.
  • Develop campaigns focused on lead generation, sales and conversions, brand awareness, and remarketing.
  • Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimization adjustments.
  • Optimize key metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, marketing, sales, and design teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement and maintain tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion systems.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports, campaign summaries, and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably, reduce CPA, and improve ROAS.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns, e-commerce campaigns, and retargeting funnels is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing automation workflows is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple ad accounts, client portfolios, or large monthly ad spend is preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta certifications are preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely in U.S. time zones.
