Description

  • Own paid media strategy and campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads.
  • Manage keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bid strategies, and ad copy.
  • Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for awareness, lead generation, and remarketing.
  • Develop and refine custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad copy, imagery, video assets, and overall creative performance.
  • Work with landing page platforms to test and improve conversion performance.
  • Run A/B tests on headlines, calls to action, forms, and page layouts.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports and present actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and key performance metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid media management experience.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, including Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), and Local Services Ads (LSA).
  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Experience managing monthly advertising budgets of $50,000+.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred experience in home services, B2B, or local service businesses.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, CallRail, CRM platforms, or call tracking systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-location businesses or franchise organizations is preferred.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for landing page updates is preferred.
