Description

  • Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects.
  • Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems from the ground up.
  • Design and manage outreach campaigns aimed at generating qualified conversations and meetings.
  • Research prospects, define ICPs, and build targeted lists using prospecting tools.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other cold outreach channels.
  • Write and optimize outbound copy for emails, LinkedIn messages, follow-ups, and campaign assets.
  • Create LinkedIn content and support founder/company positioning through engagement and thought leadership.
  • Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and workflows.
  • Maintain clean prospect databases, CRM records, and campaign reporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve lead quality and targeting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns.
  • Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience working with high-ticket B2B services, consulting, SaaS, or agency businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with outbound automation tools and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Experience building lead magnets and outbound conversion assets is preferred.
  • Experience with tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or HubSpot is preferred.
