Description

  • Build highly targeted prospect lists using outbound research and list-building tools.
  • Segment prospects by ICP, industry, role, company size, and geography.
  • Validate, clean, and organize lead data and prospect databases.
  • Write cold email copy, subject lines, and calls to action tailored to target audiences.
  • Build and launch multi-step outbound campaigns with 4–8 touchpoints.
  • Personalize outreach using prospect, company, and industry insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on engagement metrics.
  • Manage domain warmup, inbox reputation, and deliverability health.
  • A/B test messaging, subject lines, send times, and campaign structure.
  • Track replies, qualify prospects, and route qualified leads to sales teams with proper context.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and outreach documentation.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in cold email outreach, outbound lead generation, SDR, or outbound marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, or Woodpecker.
  • Experience writing outbound email copy and managing campaigns.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for prospect and campaign management.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Experience managing deliverability and inbox health at scale (preferred).
  • Familiarity with DNS setup, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC basics (preferred).
  • Experience generating outbound pipeline for B2B SaaS, agencies, or service businesses (preferred).
  • Experience working closely with SDR or Account Executive teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with outbound automation and CRM workflows (preferred).
