Description

  • Research and expand the company’s prospect database by identifying new leads and decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads through targeted email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Educate prospects on services and product offerings and answer questions to move opportunities forward.
  • Handle objections and concerns from potential customers to build trust and maintain interest.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle to keep them engaged.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop sales strategies and activity calendars.
  • Communicate the company’s brand identity, values, and positioning in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Related college diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Direct work experience in IT services sales and email outreach.
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, account development, outreach control, and time management.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook for lead generation and outreach.
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong problem-identification and objection-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, adaptable, and results-driven with strong ethics and integrity.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps, backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, and backup connectivity capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and functions during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
