Description

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries.
  • Use online research, networking, and other channels to identify and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Use digital marketing tools and social media to attract and engage prospects.
  • Initiate cold calling and personalized outreach to potential leads.
  • Communicate the value proposition of products and services to prospects.
  • Analyze lead generation data to assess campaign performance and identify improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and insights.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a related role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing leads and data.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and customer personas.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new lead generation techniques.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, and at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and functions during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
