Description

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish.
  • Provide accurate information about services, appointments, billing, and insurance-related questions.
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve patient concerns and support smooth service delivery.
  • Escalate complex or urgent cases appropriately while maintaining clear communication and patient trust.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Follow HIPAA, confidentiality, and data security best practices when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve patient experience and workflow efficiency.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Support a positive and reliable remote work environment while handling high-volume communication.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and communication tools such as Slack and Zoom.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours consistently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Professional remote work setup with reliable internet connection.
  • Empathetic, patient-focused, and calm under pressure.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical support, or patient services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, or medical billing inquiries is preferred.
  • Exposure to HIPAA or healthcare compliance standards is preferred.
  • Experience supporting patients across phone, email, and chat channels is preferred.
