Description

  • Own member inquiries from first message through resolution, with email support as the primary channel.
  • Triage and prioritize inbox tickets and respond with clear, accurate, and friendly replies.
  • Support members via email, live chat, and occasional phone calls for bookings, cancellations, modifications, membership, and billing questions.
  • Guide members through the platform and resolve issues at first contact whenever possible.
  • Verify member identity and handle account details securely according to verification and data-handling procedures.
  • Coordinate with operations and suppliers to resolve booking and at-property issues and escalate cases appropriately.
  • Maintain and improve canned responses and help content for consistent, efficient support.
  • Identify recurring issues and share patterns with the operations team to help fix root causes.

Requirements

  • Travel industry experience is required, with prior work in travel or hospitality such as an OTA, travel agency, airline, hotel, or booking platform.
  • 1–2+ years of customer or member support experience, ideally in email support or a ticketing environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, warm, and professional communication style.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex issues simply and resolve them efficiently.
  • Calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a busy ticket queue.
  • Comfortable learning and using helpdesk, CRM, and booking tools.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, regardless of home time zone.
  • Ability to complete a required one-minute video application, with a CV and support note, and optional email response sample.
