Description

  • Own the end-to-end marketing function and overall marketing roadmap.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives.
  • Analyze performance data across marketing channels and prepare monthly KPI reports with recommendations.
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence, including weekly content for the company and executive personal brands.
  • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter to approximately 12,000 subscribers.
  • Plan and execute webinars every 6–8 weeks, including promotion, registration, follow-up, and logistics.
  • Manage Salesforce Pardot campaigns, email nurture sequences, and quarterly Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences.
  • Maintain and update the company website and digital presence in Webflow and Google Business Profile.
  • Hire, manage, and oversee contractors such as designers, developers, SEO specialists, and copywriters.
  • Develop scalable workflows, reporting systems, and content production processes, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience owning or leading a marketing function with limited resources.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Experience creating marketing content such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and blog briefs.
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Pardot (MCAE) and Salesforce Sales Engagement.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Webflow, Zoom Webinars, Canva, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, KPI reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience hiring and managing contractors directly.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and marketing’s role in revenue generation.
  • Active use of AI tools in marketing workflows, with the ability to explain how AI is integrated into operations.
  • Preferred: experience in managed IT services, MSP, telecom, networking, or related industries.
  • Preferred: experience marketing through channel partners, VARs, or reseller networks.
  • Preferred: SEO knowledge and experience working with SEO specialists.
  • Preferred: experience leading a company rebrand or website redesign/migration.
  • Preferred: experience scaling marketing operations at companies with $5M–$50M in annual revenue.
  • Preferred: extensive use of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
