Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization strategies aligned to client business goals.
  • Optimize Google Business Profiles to improve visibility in Google Search and Google Maps.
  • Manage citation building, citation cleanup, and NAP consistency across directories.
  • Monitor reviews, reputation management, rankings, profile engagement, and local search visibility.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and support strategic or high-value accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client retention, account growth, workflows, and optimization processes.
  • Stay current with Google Business Profile updates, algorithm changes, and Local SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Local SEO campaigns or Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP).
  • Strong knowledge of Local SEO, including local ranking factors, Google Maps optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, review management, and local keyword optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing and presenting client performance reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Comfortable meeting directly with U.S.-based clients.
  • Previous agency or white-label marketing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, Moz Local, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing digital marketing tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of broader SEO best practices is preferred.
