Description

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15–20 client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and monthly strategy meetings.
  • Develop Local SEO strategies aligned with each client’s business goals and objectives.
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles to improve visibility in Google Search and Google Maps.
  • Manage citation building and citation cleanup to maintain NAP consistency across directories.
  • Monitor and improve online review performance and reputation management.
  • Prepare clear monthly reports on Local SEO and Google Business Profile performance metrics.
  • Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations during client meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Continuously identify optimization opportunities, improve workflows, and stay current on Google Business Profile updates and Local SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Local SEO campaigns or Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP).
  • Strong knowledge of Local SEO, including local ranking factors, Google Maps optimization, citation management, NAP consistency, review management, and local keyword optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing and presenting client performance reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Comfortable meeting directly with U.S.-based clients.
  • Previous agency or white-label marketing experience (preferred).
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as BrightLocal, Whitespark, Moz Local, SEMrush, or Ahrefs (preferred).
  • Experience evaluating and implementing digital marketing tools (preferred).
  • Knowledge of broader SEO best practices (preferred).
