Description

  • Create and manage LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, hooks, and content campaigns.
  • Develop content angles and strategies that attract founders, decision-makers, and high-intent B2B buyers.
  • Continuously test and optimize content based on reach, engagement, conversations, and pipeline impact.
  • Turn likes, comments, profile views, and inbound engagement into meaningful conversations and qualified opportunities.
  • Initiate value-driven direct messages, qualify prospects, and move them into the sales pipeline.
  • Engage prospects through comments, DMs, and ongoing conversations to build long-term relationships.
  • Nurture inbound leads with thoughtful follow-ups, educational content, and strategic messaging.
  • Build simple inbound funnels and conversion paths, including lead magnets and nurture flows.
  • Optimize funnel performance and content conversion rates using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the founder on lead quality, messaging, objections, and pipeline performance, and support early-stage sales conversations when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in inbound marketing, content-led lead generation, or organic B2B growth.
  • Strong experience creating, growing, and managing LinkedIn content.
  • Proven ability to generate inbound leads, booked calls, and pipeline through content.
  • Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology.
  • Ability to connect content performance directly to business outcomes.
  • Experience building inbound pipeline for B2B agencies, SaaS companies, consulting firms, or service businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics, CRM systems, and content performance tracking is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for ideation, research, and content optimization is preferred.
