Description

  • Create high-performing LinkedIn content, including posts, hooks, and carousels, to attract high-intent B2B buyers.
  • Identify content angles and test performance to improve inbound lead generation.
  • Convert engagement signals into real conversations through natural, non-salesy direct messages.
  • Qualify prospects and move them into the pipeline through ongoing conversation and follow-up.
  • Engage daily with the audience through comments and DMs to build relationships and nurture leads.
  • Build simple inbound funnels from content to engagement, conversation, and booked calls.
  • Create lead magnets and nurture flows to improve conversion across the funnel.
  • Share audience, messaging, and objection insights with the founder to help improve conversion quality.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content and engagement based on results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B inbound marketing and content-led growth.
  • Strong experience creating LinkedIn content.
  • Proven ability to generate inbound leads, drive conversations, and book calls.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles, typically 2–3 months.
  • Experience building personal brands is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo is preferred.
  • Experience with lead magnets and content funnels is preferred.
  • Exposure to SaaS or B2B services is preferred.
  • Ability to work remote during U.S. business hours.
