Description

  • Post and manage job openings across job boards and career platforms.
  • Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support candidate communication and tracking.
  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding packets, and orientation schedules for new hires.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding workflows, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access removal.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS platforms and keep records organized, secure, and audit-ready.
  • Track PTO, employee status changes, benefits enrollment, and organizational updates.
  • Partner with payroll and finance teams to validate hours, deductions, and payroll inputs.
  • Support benefits administration, employee enrollment, and open enrollment coordination.
  • Assist with drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Support compliance with U.S. labor laws and maintain audit-ready documentation for reviews and checks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and HR policy inquiries.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, training sessions, and compliance certifications.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or people operations.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, or Zenefits.
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance and HR best practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or a similar HR certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-state or international teams preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, professional services, startups, or remote-first organizations preferred.
  • Experience improving HR workflows or supporting HRIS implementation projects preferred.
  • Exposure to payroll coordination and benefits administration preferred.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours with flexibility for onboarding cycles, payroll timelines, and employee support needs.
