Description

  • Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy.
  • Own revenue, pipeline, customer acquisition, and conversion targets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams.
  • Define ICP, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Oversee outbound sales, inbound marketing, paid acquisition, demand generation, and partnerships.
  • Build scalable sales processes, playbooks, and operating systems.
  • Monitor the full funnel from lead generation through opportunity to close.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting.
  • Identify funnel bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.
  • 3+ years in a sales, marketing, or revenue leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue functions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels.
  • Experience managing commercial teams and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, demand generation, GTM strategy, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong financial and analytical understanding of CAC, LTV, pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
  • Proven ability to manage performance against measurable targets.
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable with hands-on execution.
  • Strong leadership and executive communication skills.
