Description

  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Launch campaigns end to end, including targeting, audience segmentation, tracking, ad copy, creative direction, and optimization.
  • Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies focused on B2B lead generation, pipeline growth, and conversion optimization.
  • Continuously test hooks, messaging, creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Own organic growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that support paid acquisition and test messaging organically before scaling.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CVR, pipeline growth, and budget efficiency.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Own analytics, tracking, and attribution across GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and UTM structures.
  • Create reporting dashboards, analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend growth improvements.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales goals, pipeline targets, and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, leadership, and sales teams to improve landing pages, messaging, creative performance, and funnel conversion rates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience.
  • Strong platform-native experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience running campaigns across X (Twitter), TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Proven success generating qualified leads, measurable pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of PPC, audience segmentation, funnel optimization, attribution, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills focused on conversion.
  • Ability to independently launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
  • Experience with organic social growth and content-led acquisition is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and high ad-spend budgets is preferred.
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience is preferred.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are preferred.
