Description

  • Design and optimize the end-to-end lead journey from acquisition to automated nurture and conversion.
  • Own the performance of lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance to improve lead quality, volume, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Lead and manage a distributed remote team across PPC, SEO, Design, CRM, and Marketing Automation.
  • Assign tasks, set KPIs, and keep the team aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Implement systems, SOPs, playbooks, and QA checklists to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Oversee the launch, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns.
  • Review and provide final sign-off on creatives, landing pages, and tracking infrastructure.
  • Own performance dashboards and report on key metrics and insights to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with Sales and executive leadership on lead quality, forecasting, budgeting, and prioritization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on PPC and ROI optimization.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, especially in lead generation-driven business models.
  • Experience managing and scaling remote, cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, CRM systems, and user journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and proactive approach to growth opportunities.
  • Deep familiarity with GoHighLevel logic, triggers, and snapshots is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a B2C startup environment, managing offshore teams, or working asynchronously across time zones is preferred.
  • Background in media and landing page optimization, A/B testing, or SEO tools is preferred.
