Description

  • Plan and execute organic growth strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
  • Create marketing content including blog articles, PR content, captions, and other brand assets to support visibility and growth.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, research, repurposing, and marketing workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce visually engaging content and marketing materials.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content distribution using social media management tools.
  • Track engagement metrics and analytics to optimize content performance and campaign results.
  • Lead organic search strategy through keyword planning, backlink acquisition, and competitor research.
  • Work with developers and content teams to improve website content, publishing workflows, and site performance.
  • Oversee website development projects and coordinate landing pages and content infrastructure for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage marketing reporting, campaign tracking, and cross-functional coordination across marketing, design, and development teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in social media management and organic growth strategies across major platforms.
  • Strong experience in content creation and content management, including blogs, marketing assets, and digital content.
  • Experience coordinating marketing initiatives across design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into marketing workflows to improve productivity and execution speed.
  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper AI.
  • Experience using Buffer, Hootsuite, and Canva.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console.
  • Ability to work remote with US hours.
  • Interview process includes an initial screening call, an HR interview, and a final interview.
