Description

  • Own recurring client performance reporting packages and performance-review materials using analytics data.
  • Translate program results, gap closure, and value into credible client-facing narratives.
  • Make reporting actionable at the practice level by identifying conversions, interventions, and next steps.
  • Support wallet-share growth by building cases for additional services, pathologies, and populations.
  • Partner with clinical experts to build pathology-level clinical and economic value narratives.
  • Create a consistent, scalable reporting framework that supports growth across a larger client book.
  • Maintain approval and disclosure standards for external materials tied to partner results.
  • Take over the live reporting calendar and launch reporting for newly onboarding clients within the first 90 days.
  • Deliver the first expansion business case with program leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience turning healthcare performance data into executive-facing narratives in client success, consulting, health plan account management, or program reporting roles.
  • Working familiarity with claims-based analysis, eligibility data, and Medicare reporting such as MAO-004 or CDI.
  • Comfort building pathology-level value narratives around clinical pathways, economics of appropriate care, and supporting evidence.
  • Strong materials development skills with the ability to create clear, credible decks and documents quickly.
  • Commercial instinct to identify expansion opportunities during performance reviews.
  • Hypothesis-driven approach to asking questions, testing ideas, and verifying results.
  • Fluency with value-based care and Medicare programs sufficient to engage plan and provider stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with analytics, customer engagement, and clinical partners.
  • Experience or openness to actively using AI in day-to-day work.
