Description

  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, administrative workflows, and internal operational trackers.
  • Support leadership with communication, day-to-day execution, documentation, and process organization.
  • Create, schedule, and publish social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online communities.
  • Manage comments, direct messages, community engagement, and other social interactions.
  • Track engagement metrics, maintain reporting dashboards, and support campaign launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and manage workflows inside GoHighLevel, including automations, nurture sequences, email campaigns, and follow-up systems.
  • Maintain clean CRM records, accurate pipeline management, and timely lead and participant communication.
  • Edit short-form videos and marketing clips, and format guides, workbooks, scripts, cheat sheets, and other digital resources.
  • Support participant onboarding, membership communication, digital program materials, and troubleshooting minor platform issues.
  • Research ideal client profiles, build prospect lists and outreach databases, and compile reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Full-time, remote role requiring U.S. business hours with PST availability.
  • Experience in Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Operations Support, Virtual Assistant, or Marketing Operations roles.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, startups, or entrepreneurial businesses.
  • Strong experience with GoHighLevel, CRM systems, and marketing automations.
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
  • Experience with Canva, Veed, Opus Clips, or similar short-form editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and online community management.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and independent work abilities with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred experience in coaching businesses, agencies, creator businesses, or membership communities.
  • Preferred familiarity with paid ads, landing pages, funnels, and email marketing strategy.
  • Preferred experience with Slack, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or HubSpot.
