Description

  • Own overall ecommerce store performance and the customer journey across acquisition, conversion, retention, merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to improve revenue, conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize the Shopify storefront, including product pages, collection pages, landing pages, navigation, merchandising, and checkout flows.
  • Identify and resolve friction points across desktop and mobile experiences, and implement theme-level Shopify improvements where appropriate.
  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimization initiatives, including testing offers, bundles, upsells, cross-sells, product presentation, and purchase flows.
  • Analyze creative performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign and website performance.
  • Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including audience strategies, testing frameworks, scaling plans, and budget allocation.
  • Oversee retention marketing programs in Klaviyo, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, automated flows, and email performance optimization.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, improve site health and search visibility, and deliver monthly reporting with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience driving growth for ecommerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for ecommerce businesses.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Proven experience owning the full ecommerce funnel from acquisition through conversion and retention.
  • Strong Shopify experience with direct involvement in storefront optimization, merchandising, conversion funnels, and customer journey improvements.
  • Demonstrated success improving ecommerce conversion rates through CRO initiatives.
  • Experience optimizing product pages, collection pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, upsells, and checkout experiences.
  • Experience using behavioral analytics tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Lucky Orange, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing creative testing strategies and providing performance-based creative recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics including ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate, and retention metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation flows, and retention strategies.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge.
  • Experience using GA4 and ecommerce analytics tools to identify performance opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience editing Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is preferred.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager is preferred.
  • Strong ecommerce UX knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience working with DTC consumer brands is preferred.
  • Understanding of AI search optimization and LLM-driven discovery is preferred.
