Description

  • Develop, document, and maintain the service catalog to keep service descriptions, SLOs, and pricing accurate and current.
  • Work with technical and business teams to add new services and update existing catalog entries as the client system evolves.
  • Create and maintain service level agreements, operational level agreements, and user-facing documentation.
  • Coordinate lifecycle updates within the service catalog and ensure catalog content remains aligned with user and program needs.
  • Support service catalog management tools and related operational processes.
  • Promote catalog awareness in partnership with the communications team.
  • Stay current on service catalog management and ITSM best practices.
  • Ensure the catalog’s operational content is complete, accurate, and maintained over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience maintaining IT service catalogs in enterprise settings.
  • Experience documenting service offerings and updating catalog content.
  • Experience supporting service catalog management tools.
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position.
  • Applicants must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with ITSM best practices (preferred).
  • Experience working in federal or similarly complex enterprise environments (preferred).
