Description

  • Build and develop the marketing communication strategy for the Polish market.
  • Plan the marketing activity and events calendar.
  • Organize webinars and offline events, including conferences and client or HR meetups.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, especially LinkedIn.
  • Create expert marketing content such as articles, newsletters, e-books, and reports.
  • Work with B2B marketing colleagues in other countries to exchange ideas and approaches.
  • Coordinate external performance and SEO agencies, including briefs and quality checks.
  • Collaborate with design and UX teams to ensure marketing materials are effective and polished.
  • Analyze campaign results, draw conclusions, and test new approaches.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success on joint initiatives, sales materials, and case studies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on B2B marketing experience with ownership of content, campaigns, and events.
  • Native or fluent Polish (C1+) for creating content for the Polish market.
  • Fluent English (B2+) in both written and spoken communication.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, MailerLite, Google Analytics, and Figma.
  • Proven experience organizing both online and offline events such as webinars, conferences, and meetups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make independent decisions.
  • Active daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar for content, research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work on a B2B contract.
