Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own the marketing funnel from awareness through conversion and customer acquisition.
  • Partner with leadership and sales to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
  • Build, manage, and mentor internal marketing resources, agencies, or contractors as needed.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, outbound, social media, partnerships, and content marketing.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, MQLs, SQLs, and revenue attribution.
  • Build dashboards and reports using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with content, design, technical, sales, operations, and product teams to align execution and priorities.
  • Guide brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across marketing channels while testing and improving campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior B2B marketing leadership roles such as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through paid advertising, outbound marketing, SEO, and organic growth.
  • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, marketing analytics platforms, and outbound marketing systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into business decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
  • Preferred experience leading marketing for B2B services, SaaS companies, or professional services firms.
  • Preferred experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), performance-driven demand generation, Salesforce, Marketo, and marketing automation platforms.
