Description

  • Build and execute a full-funnel paid media strategy aligned to revenue and margin goals.
  • Manage forecasting, pacing, and daily optimizations to hit CAC, ROAS, and payback targets across portfolios and geographies.
  • Own account structure, bidding, audience strategy, and budget allocation, and run A/B and incrementality experiments.
  • Lead creative testing loops with the creative team to improve CTR, CVR, and CPA.
  • Oversee product feed health and merchandising, including GMC, feed rules, promotions, and PDP/LP hygiene.
  • Implement measurement and tracking using GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion APIs, and available MMM/MTA signals.
  • Build weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Partner with lifecycle and CRO teams to align paid acquisition with onsite conversion, retention, and LTV growth.
  • Monitor competition, auctions, and platform changes, and identify new channels or betas to test.
  • Manage agencies or freelancers as needed and enforce best practices and performance SLAs.

Requirements

  • Expert hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, including Search and Shopping/Performance Max, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong grasp of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
  • Solid command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and attribution basics.
  • Ability to diagnose tracking issues across ad platforms and analytics tools.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and modeling, including lookups and pivots.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative mindset with comfort using CAC, ROAS, payback, cohort, and incrementality frameworks.
  • Experience managing sizable budgets with disciplined forecasting and pacing.
  • Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to turn data into decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years in performance marketing for DTC or eCommerce brands, in-house or agency, with ownership of seven-figure annual budgets.
  • Demonstrated success scaling Search, Shopping, and Paid Social while improving efficiency.
  • Experience with landing page testing or CRO and close collaboration with creative teams.
  • Familiarity with additional channels such as YouTube, TikTok, or Reddit Ads, server-side conversions, and feed management tools.
  • Bonus experience with SQL, marketing mix modeling or media incrementality studies, and subscription or LTV-driven businesses.
