Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Conduct proactive check-ins to understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and execute retention strategies to reduce churn.
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and early adoption for new customers.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to surface trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, operations, and internal teams to improve customer outcomes.
  • Monitor customer success metrics and maintain accurate CRM records and health updates.
  • Prepare and present recommendations and reports on retention, satisfaction, and customer health.
  • Support renewal conversations and identify opportunities to expand customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Client Success, Account Management, or Client Retention.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer retention strategies, relationship management, and customer engagement.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to interpret customer feedback and performance data.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, real estate, or service-based businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, or Intercom is preferred.
  • Experience managing renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities is preferred.
  • Experience improving customer onboarding and retention programs is preferred.
