Description

  • Choose assignments that match your profile and preferences.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online customer experiences.
  • Interact with sales associates in-store or online as part of the evaluation process.
  • Observe ambiance, service quality, and the overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the CXG platform.
  • Register, complete your profile, and obtain certification to access missions.
  • Apply for and complete multiple assignments per month.
  • Manage missions, certifications, and feedback through the CXG Live mobile platform.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not currently be under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete a full profile and pass the General Certification to access missions.
  • Must be able to use the CXG Live platform and online questionnaires.
