Description

  • Write long-form and short-form content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and web pages.
  • Produce copy for ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, style, tone, and marketing objectives.
  • Research keywords and apply SEO best practices to improve search intent and rankings.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, marketers, sales teams, and stakeholders to refine content and align campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry topics, competitors, and trends to inform content development.
  • Interview subject matter experts to create thought leadership content.
  • Edit, proofread, and quality-check content for grammar, clarity, consistency, accuracy, and originality.
  • Update existing content to keep it fresh, relevant, and high-performing.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements for engagement, conversions, and SEO.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience.
  • A portfolio showing content across multiple formats, including blogs, web copy, ads, and collateral.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong research and editing skills.
  • Experience writing for B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, or professional services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope is preferred.
  • Experience writing conversion-focused copy for ads, landing pages, or email sequences is preferred.
  • Knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Ability to work U.S. client business hours with flexibility for deadlines and content calendars.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
