Description

  • Work with the founder to define and refine the content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
  • Own and maintain the monthly content calendar across all platforms.
  • Ideate and pitch weekly creative concepts that align with trends, sounds, and brand fit.
  • Create on-camera UGC-style content as a visible face of the brand.
  • Manage the full content production cycle, including concepting, filming, editing, and posting.
  • Use AI photography and visual tools to help scale content production.
  • Manage day-to-day social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Engage with the community through comments, direct messages, and follower relationships.
  • Own social channel growth and social-driven revenue as key performance indicators.
  • Drive sales through TikTok Lives, shoppable content, and platform-native commerce features.
  • Track weekly and monthly performance metrics and share regular recap reports with the founder.
  • Connect content performance to sales data and recommend what to scale or improve.

Requirements

  • Regular on-camera presence and comfort filming yourself are required.
  • Strong interest and familiarity with beauty and wellness products.
  • Ability to align authentically with a female-focused brand.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
  • Ability to leverage AI for content creation and editing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Comfortable participating in photoshoots and video production.
  • Able to organize and manage content calendars and deliverables.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest is preferred.
  • Strong willingness to learn AI tools quickly is preferred.
