Description

  • Oversee all creative output for assigned brands across art and copy.
  • Manage and mentor Art Directors and Copywriters to support growth and creative excellence.
  • Lead brand storytelling and creative direction for healthcare marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure creative work aligns with brand strategy and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Account, Strategy, Behavioral Science, and Project Management teams to keep work on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.
  • Drive concept development for pitches, campaigns, and brand planning.
  • Present and defend creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee hiring and performance management of creative team members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of pharma or healthcare marketing experience.
  • Background in copywriting.
  • Experience leading creative teams in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Ability to translate complex medical and scientific information into engaging marketing materials.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with regulatory and compliance constraints.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a changing pharma marketing environment.
  • Curious, innovative, and collaborative leadership style.
  • Experience mentoring and developing creative talent.
  • Preferred: interest in science, healthcare marketing, and human decision-making.
