Description

  • Receive, follow up on, and manage inbound seller leads from first contact through signed purchase agreement.
  • Conduct discovery calls with new seller leads to build rapport and assess motivation, urgency, and selling indicators.
  • Meet with homeowners to negotiate deeply discounted purchases of off-market properties.
  • Prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other documentation to support sales transactions.
  • Follow a structured outreach schedule using phone calls, text messages, and emails until leads are no longer viable.
  • Respond to all leads and inquiries within 3 minutes or less and return missed calls immediately.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Provide daily updates for KPI reporting and seek guidance from sales managers as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure transactions close smoothly and on time.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and empathy while fostering trust with clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven top-performing experience in B2C sales, door-to-door sales, high-ticket sales, negotiations, conflict resolution, or a related field.
  • No real estate experience required; real estate investment knowledge will be learned on the job.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Reliable computer and smartphone required, along with proficiency in Google apps for business, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, DocuSign, and Adobe PDF.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Must complete Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments, with Captain, Maverick, or Persuader profiles preferred and a cognitive score of 250 or higher out of 450.
  • Clean background check and valid driver’s license required.
  • Spanish bilingual candidates and former first responders, military NCOs, college athletes, and bartenders are preferred.
  • Must be available for a full-time role with evenings and weekends as needed.
