Description

  • Engage inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website forms, referrals, and events.
  • Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs, budget, timeline, decision-making process, and sales readiness.
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDIC, SPICED, or SPIN.
  • Research target accounts and build outbound prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
  • Run multi-channel outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Personalize outreach based on company insights, ICP alignment, and prospect pain points.
  • Maintain and nurture early-stage prospects through follow-up campaigns, resource sharing, and re-engagement efforts.
  • Schedule demos, meetings, and discovery sessions and prepare detailed handoff notes for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead stages and outreach activity, and report on pipeline generation and qualification performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve targeting, messaging, conversion performance, and outbound strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting roles.
  • Experience qualifying leads through structured discovery conversations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Experience with sales engagement and prospecting tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up sequences simultaneously.
  • 3–5 years of BDR or outbound sales experience with quota attainment history (preferred).
  • Experience selling into B2B SaaS, technology, professional services, or high-ticket industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, or Sandler (preferred).
  • Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise sales cycles and account-based outreach strategies (preferred).
