Description

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, data models, and visualizations.
  • Build and optimize Power Automate workflows, approvals, notifications, integrations, and business process automations.
  • Develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and Dataverse.
  • Create Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, and secure third-party system integrations.
  • Build Microsoft Teams automations, adaptive cards, notifications, and collaboration tools.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical applications and analytics solutions.
  • Test, deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize applications, workflows, APIs, and dashboards.
  • Maintain technical documentation and implement governance, security, reliability, and scalability best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on process improvements and continuous optimization.
  • Own business application and automation projects from discovery through deployment. 

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
  • Experience building business applications, automation workflows, reporting systems, and analytics dashboards.
  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting architecture.
  • Power Automate experience with advanced workflow automation, custom connectors, approvals, orchestration, and process automation.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, REST APIs, webhooks, cloud automation, and third-party integrations.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, API authentication, integration architecture, and automation design.
  • Strong systems-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage projects through deployment.
  • Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI-powered automation, Teams app development, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, SQL, or data warehousing is preferred.
  • Experience with embedded analytics, incremental refresh, and Row-Level Security implementation is preferred.
