Description

  • Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys and other legal professionals.
  • Start conversations, ask qualifying questions, and assess prospect interest.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers professionally.
  • Handle objections and continue follow-up sequences until a meeting is booked or a clear decision is made.
  • Schedule qualified discovery calls and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
  • Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared to attend.
  • Log all activities, statuses, and interactions in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Maintain clean, accurate scheduling records and ensure no lead or follow-up is missed.
  • Update lead progress and track outreach activity across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and related tools.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, BDR, or sales development.
  • Strong outbound outreach experience.
  • Experience handling follow-ups and nurturing leads.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills.
  • Confident objection-handling ability.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience using scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup.
  • Preferred experience working with law firms, attorneys, or professional services.
  • Preferred experience in agency or marketing services outreach.
  • Preferred experience navigating gatekeepers or working in high-ticket/high-value sales.
