Description

  • Build and maintain AI-powered web applications and production software.
  • Develop autonomous agents, multi-agent workflows, master orchestration, and recursive automation pipelines.
  • Integrate LLMs into products, internal tools, business assistants, and automation systems.
  • Expand and maintain the internal CRM and multiple AI-powered products.
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other third-party systems.
  • Improve workflow automation, data synchronization, debugging, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Design graph memory, agent memory management, data segmentation, secure information sharing, and privacy controls.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to turn product ideas and technical requirements into working software.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and enhance systems in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong professional experience building sophisticated production AI applications and autonomous agent systems.
  • Experience with multi-agent orchestration, AI workflows, recursive automation, and LLM integrations.
  • Strong Python and Node.js development skills, plus working knowledge of Java.
  • Experience with graph memory, agent memory management, secure AI architecture, data segmentation, and privacy controls.
  • Experience integrating APIs, business platforms, HubSpot or Salesforce, and modern web applications.
  • Production prompt engineering experience.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and OpenClaw or equivalent AI engineering frameworks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, solve problems proactively, and communicate technical topics with stakeholders.
