Description

  • Deploy and operationalize agentic AI workflows, assistants, automations, and integrations across ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
  • Translate customer requirements and business processes into technical architectures, implementation plans, and production-ready solutions.
  • Build AI applications using Claude, LLM APIs, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Develop secure integrations, microservices, scripts, automation logic, and supporting user interfaces across enterprise systems and data platforms.
  • Create prototypes, demonstrations, pilots, reusable solution templates, prompt libraries, and deployment assets.
  • Develop evaluation, monitoring, validation, and responsible AI controls covering quality, safety, access, latency, cost, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AI workflows, retrieval pipelines, integrations, permissions, model behavior, performance, and cost.
  • Collaborate with consultants, product teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, ServiceNow teams, and customer stakeholders.
  • Contribute reusable components, frameworks, playbooks, and product feedback to NewRocket’s AI platforms and Agent Packs.
  • Lead or support customer workshops, discovery sessions, technical discussions, rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, enterprise platforms, workflow automation, or related technical delivery roles.
  • Hands-on experience with full-stack development, scripting, APIs, microservices, enterprise integrations, or cloud-native applications.
  • Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI/LLM applications, RAG systems, conversational experiences, AI automations, or agentic workflows.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or comparable programming languages.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, context windows, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
  • Understanding of responsible AI, sensitive-data handling, identity and access controls, human oversight, AI safety, and secure deployment.
  • Customer-facing engineering, consulting, solutions architecture, technical implementation, or professional-services experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, manage ambiguity, and travel approximately 25%.
  • Preferred: Anthropic API or Claude experience, ServiceNow development, MCP, vector databases, LLM frameworks, AI observability, Docker, CI/CD, SQL, Git, infrastructure-as-code, and secure cloud deployment.
