Description

  • Own and prioritize the roadmap for a digital patient engagement product that delivers educational content and sponsored messaging.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and partners to define and frame customer problems worth solving.
  • Translate product strategy into meaningful bets aligned with PatientPoint’s mission and OKRs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for a product space and stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Define success with meaningful KPIs tied to customer behavior and business value.
  • Interpret performance data and use insights to learn quickly and iterate on products.
  • Drive structured product discovery using interviews, prototypes, data, and testing methodologies to validate and de-risk ideas.
  • Monitor project outcomes and craft compelling rationale for planning and readouts.
  • Manage priorities and expectations by gathering input and focusing the team on the most impactful work.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Content, Data, Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Design, and Engineering.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and bring user needs and behaviors into business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field required.
  • MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
  • 2-5+ years of product management experience in digital media and consumer health tech environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading empowered product teams to meaningful outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of content serving strategies and algorithms, including machine learning and AI strategies.
  • Strong discovery skills and experience validating ideas before investing heavily in delivery.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and hypothesis-driven development.
  • Strong data literacy and experience using data to influence product decisions.
  • High business acumen and comfort navigating technical tradeoffs with Engineering partners.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to align executives, partners, and teams.
  • Fluency with modern product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Looker, Mixpanel, and Figma, plus Agile methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency with analytics and management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Looker, and SQL.
  • Experience with interactive patient engagement systems or healthcare communication platforms preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare data preferred.
  • Deep understanding of privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA and PHI preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance, including pharmaceutical advertising regulations preferred.
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution, connecting the why to the what and how.
  • Ability to define the right metrics in an unstructured environment and pull data with minimal support.
  • Ability to co-lead with humility and clarity and mentor product management best practices.
  • Ability to mature processes, measurement, and product capabilities with autonomy.
  • Ability to advocate for the customer while balancing business constraints.
  • Ability to lead through influence, foster accountability, and work without command-and-control tactics.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and keep teams focused on outcomes.
