Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key consumer health categories, including pain, allergy, GI, women’s health, and VMS.
  • Build and expand a portfolio of client relationships to grow OTC and consumer health revenue.
  • Position the Consumer Health Network as a differentiated channel that adds value at key consumer decision-making moments.
  • Partner with clients to integrate CHN into broader marketing and media strategies.
  • Leverage internal and external relationships to navigate complex organizations and advance deals.
  • Develop long-term partnerships that support renewals, expansion, and enterprise-level engagement.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in advertising or marketing at an OTC or CPG brand, retail media, or consumer health sales.
  • Proven success in business development or revenue generation within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience working with OTC, CPG, wellness, or retail-driven categories.
  • Strong network of brand and/or agency relationships within consumer health or adjacent categories.
  • Strategic, consultative selling mindset with the ability to break through to brand marketers and turn intuition into solutions.
  • Strong storytelling skills to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Ability to connect brand objectives to business outcomes such as trial, switching, engagement, and conversion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build, shape, and scale a growing business.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • High level of curiosity, initiative, and accountability.
