Description

  • Manage, mentor, and support the EHR Integration Team, including EHR Integration Leads and Associates.
  • Plan team capacity and scheduling to support new integrations and EHR conversions.
  • Oversee delivery of customer integrations and serve as an escalation point for risks, issues, and complex projects.
  • Directly lead selected integrations when team capacity or project complexity requires it.
  • Monitor installation, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing health of PatientIQ's FHIR applications across customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM and project management resources to support team and customer needs.
  • Lead process, workflow, documentation, and tool improvements to scale multiple simultaneous integrations.
  • Report team performance metrics, capacity, and project status to leadership.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams to improve customer handoffs and scoping.
  • Represent the customer perspective on EHR integration topics and surface actionable feedback to Product.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience leading and supporting healthtech SaaS integrations.
  • Experience in a growth-stage SaaS company or a similar role within a larger organization.
  • Hands-on experience with HL7 and FHIR integration standards.
  • Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic, Athena, and Meditech.
  • Experience with integration middleware or engines.
  • Comfort working directly with health system IT teams on technical scoping, validation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with data ingestion pipelines, API interfaces, and SQL is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple team members and projects concurrently.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively while balancing day-to-day execution and strategic customer/team needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools for customer tracking, knowledge management, reporting, and support tickets.
  • Experience in patient reported outcomes is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing healthcare provider or enterprise customer implementations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical pre-sales scoping for EHR integrations is a plus.
