Description

  • Optimize infrastructure for ML training and inference, including GPU and distributed compute environments.
  • Automate and maintain ML and LLM pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment.
  • Manage model versioning, reproducibility, and traceability across the ML lifecycle.
  • Work with terabyte-scale datasets in cloud-based development, training, and production environments.
  • Implement ML-focused CI/CD practices to support reliable model delivery.
  • Monitor model performance and data drift in production systems.
  • Collaborate with machine learning engineers, software engineers, and platform teams.
  • Support scaling and automation of infrastructure to meet growing team and production needs.

Requirements

  • Very good familiarity with Linux, shell scripts, and cluster configuration scripts.
  • Proficiency in workload management, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Slurm, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and workflows such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
  • Cloud infrastructure knowledge across AWS, GCP, or Azure, especially ML services such as SageMaker Hyperpod and Vertex AI.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Loki.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or cluster-toolkit.
  • Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Metaflow.
  • Programming skills in Python, with exposure to ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with cluster, systems, and network administration.
  • BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Preferred candidates may have demonstrated ambitious achievements such as Linux kernel contributions, bug bounty wins, academic cluster scaling work, or sports championships.
