Description

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and monitor client financial condition, management performance, and industry trends.
  • Take timely action to minimize client losses and keep results within budgeted standards.
  • Ensure all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved deal structures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all relationships and required legal records.
  • Resolve factoring and asset-based lending service issues and reduce operational costs.
  • Help retain clients and limit loss of business to competitors.
  • Propose policy and procedure changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and manage an individual budget to control expenses.
  • Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Experience in factoring or asset-based lending is implied by the role context.
