Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners in the BaaS services sector.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day operational contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Communicate partner issues to internal and executive stakeholders as needed.
  • Understand partner goals and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement new programs and services.
  • Provide consultative support and guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on program requirements documents and add-on features.
  • Champion partner needs and advocate for partner success within the organization.
  • Review monitoring metrics to identify gaps, risks, and remediation needs.
  • Manage complex partner portfolios while meeting SLA standards and navigating regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability in an environment with multiple possible solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with partners and management at all levels.
  • Strong customer service acumen and the ability to advocate for partners.
  • Ability to understand partners and their position in the payments industry.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple partners and objectives.
  • Ability to enable fast solutions for partner ideas and concerns.
  • Ability to assess and manage risk in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry is strongly preferred.
