Description

  • Manage and coach a team of Account Managers responsible for strategic partner relationships and revenue growth.
  • Set performance standards for professionalism, strategic thinking, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop team capabilities in analytical thinking, strategic account management, and executive-level partner engagement.
  • Lead 10–15 high-stakes negotiation and escalation calls per week and resolve complex partner issues.
  • Deliver quarterly and annual revenue goals across the team’s books of business.
  • Identify growth opportunities, expansion strategies, and risk mitigation plans within strategic accounts.
  • Maintain a forward-looking view of partner performance and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
  • Define performance metrics and reporting to track account health, team productivity, and business impact.
  • Develop scalable processes, frameworks, KPIs, and internal workflows to improve team operations.
  • Partner with Analytics, Product, and cross-functional teams to improve reporting, partner experience, and operational priorities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, consulting, strategy, or operations.
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting large strategic accounts or revenue portfolios.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience driving operational improvements or strategic initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead complex cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to travel 1–3 times per year.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: experience working in ambiguous environments and building structure where none exists.

  • $132,000–$165,000 base salary with performance-based uncapped quarterly commission.
  • Annual on-target earnings of $165,000, with ability to overachieve against OTE.
