Description

Manage an assigned Structured Finance portfolio to meet corporate, SBA, USDA, risk management, profitability, and regulatory compliance standards.
Monitor clients’ financial condition, management performance, and industry trends, and take timely action to minimize losses.
Review and process loan advances for pre-development, development, construction, and revolving credit facilities.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely disbursements.
Conduct ongoing credit assessments by reviewing financial statements, covenant compliance, and production reports.
Identify emerging risks and opportunities within the portfolio and proactively respond to account performance changes.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and internal partners to support deal flow and customer experience.
Oversee problem loans and workout credits by developing action plans and coordinating resolution strategies with credit and risk teams.
Coordinate with auditors, regulatory agencies, and SBA/USDA representatives by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reviews and present findings, trends, and risk assessments to credit and executive leadership.
Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
Financial acumen.
Familiarity with government-guaranteed lending programs, including SBA 7(a), USDA B&I, USDA REAP, and BIA.
Experience with structured finance or portfolio management is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid remote-office environment.
Eligible to work with clients and stakeholders across multiple onsite locations, if needed.

Benefits

Salary range of $72,000–$120,000.
