Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers across North America.
  • Own the customer relationship after contract signature, including ongoing support and coordination with the internal deployments team.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally across product, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Coordinate regular customer touchpoints to align production planning with the capabilities of the robotic systems.
  • Own customer utilization and long-term success across all assigned accounts.
  • Support seamless implementation of Path Robotics products for defense-industry customers.
  • Help lay the foundation for future account expansion and growth.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting customers in the defense industry, including regulated environments, government stakeholders, or defense contractors.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on delivering measurable value.
  • Interest in growing a book of business using modern monetization and expansion strategies.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Motivation to make an immediate impact at a venture-backed startup.
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. government contracting requirements, including FAR and DFARS where applicable, export control regulations such as ITAR/EAR, and CUI handling standards; U.S. Person status may be required.
  • Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check consistent with applicable requirements.
