Description

  • Establish tailored onboarding and training plans for new enterprise clients in APAC.
  • Provide coaching and use case analysis to support client adoption and success.
  • Determine critical success measures for clients’ influencer programs using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Identify program gaps and connect Traackr’s capabilities to clients’ strategic goals.
  • Monitor client adoption and usage across the APAC region.
  • Partner with Client Partners and other Customer Success Managers on strategic account management efforts.
  • Identify and escalate signs of account risk and opportunities for account growth.
  • Run workshops, presentations, and senior-level client discussions about goals, work programs, and results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager working with global enterprise clients.
  • Experience with SaaS technology, preferably in marketing or communication ecosystems or supporting a marketing technology product.
  • Experience in beauty or influencer marketing.
  • Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Experience facilitating dynamic workshops with content presentation and engaging exercises for small and large groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple geographies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels within an organization.
  • Consultative client experience with comfort running workshops, delivering presentations, and leading senior discussions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Fluent English; another APAC language is a plus.
