Description

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and exceed an annual quota of $3,000,000.
  • Own the overall sales strategy and performance for assigned named accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic local and global account plans based on industry and customer analysis.
  • Generate net new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Lead prospecting activities including cold calling, seminars, forecasting, and other sales motions.
  • Participate in and lead contract negotiations, including frame agreements and enterprise license agreements.
  • Prepare proposals, account plans, forecasts, sales reports, and account growth recommendations.
  • Qualify leads and manage opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Work with Finance, Legal, Sales Ops, and Sales Engineering to propose solutions at scale.
  • Direct account teams, channel partners, and specialists to ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales success.
  • Collaborate with virtual team members and internal experts to solve complex information security challenges.
  • Engage customer executives and internal executives to strengthen relationships and account intimacy.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of enterprise software sales experience with information security domain expertise.
  • Proven experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprise customers.
  • Track record of consistent sales over-target achievement.
  • Annual sales performance exceeding $3,000,000.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree desirable.
  • Professional sales training courses preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to apply technology to solve business problems.
  • Experience working with complex organizations in both internal and external environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment and manage teams and resources.
  • Excellent presentation, consultative, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing global or large, complex accounts in multinational environments.
