Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent outreach and personalized service.
  • Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to generate and advance lending opportunities.
  • Educate clients on Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, RTL, and DSCR loan products and guide them through financing options.
  • Gather borrower financials, property details, and business plans to support loan qualification and structuring.
  • Analyze borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profile to assess eligibility against underwriting criteria.
  • Use company-provided sizing tools to structure loans in line with internal guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and convert qualified leads into viable loan opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from origination through close, including follow-ups and required documentation.
  • Submit 1–2 qualified loan deals into processing each week.
  • Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handoff and timely closing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services.
  • Minimum of 1 year of consultative or inside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing 5+ loans per month in DSCR or RTL residential investment lending.
  • Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen, influence, articulate clearly, and build trust.
  • High level of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to think critically, navigate obstacles, and propose solutions aligned with client and company needs.
  • History of consistently closing $2M+ in monthly loan volume in residential transitional lending (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filters, and data organization (preferred).
  • Experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment within real estate finance or mortgage lending (preferred).
